The Carroll County Volunteer Emergency Service Association presents “Arrive Alive”, a drivers safety program for Fire Apparatus Operations.  The program is scheduled for Sunday, November 16 from 9am to noon at the Pleasant Valley Community Fire Station.  Lunch will be provided to all attendees.
