Engine Run's Fatal Pedestrian Struck On Branch Ave

Engine 255 was alerted for a reported pedestrian struck in the area of Branch Ave and Brandywine Rd. Engine 255 arrived to find a male in his 40's not breathing with extreme trauma to the torso and extremities. Engine 255's crew assisted PA-40 with packaging and loading of the patient. PA-40 transported with medic 45 to SMHC where the victim later succumbed to his injuries. Engine 255 assisted state police with lighting for the investigation. Engine crew W/D VanVliet, OIC Lt. Rucker, F/F Miskell.
